CQS Group T Racing Team is an ecological racing team consisting of 20 motivated engineering students from the International University college Group T in Leuven.
Ecological because the racing team is developing two sustainable racing cars. This sustainability is obtained by using innovative technologies implemented in two Citroën "deux chevaux" donor cars.
By participating in races, events and organizing their own events, the team wants to create awareness in the society for a greener future. Our website includes a blog where you can find the latest activities of the team and a partner page that gives a nice overview of the supporting companies.
In order to make our society as CO2-free as possible by 2050, we have to act now. What needs to be done? That was the key question at the 5th Strategic Energy Forum at the Brussels Army Museum on May 11, 2011.
The 89th edition of the European Motor Show Brussels focused on e-mobility. Obviously, the CQS Group T Racing Team could not miss out. The Odyssee, our electric racing car, was on show at Brussels Expo January 15 to 23, 2011.
The show welcomed almost 380,000 visitors. One of the attractions was an electric track on which visitors could take several electric cars for a spin.
